In the event that your ReboundTM Mobile Security protected mobile phone is lost or stolen, immediately perform a Lock and Locate activity:

Step 1 – Lock the Phone

Log in to Rebound Mobile Security Vault and select the ‘Lock Device’ icon from your vault. Alternately, for some smart phones, you can also text your four-digit Locking Code from any other cell phone to lock your device.

Step 2 – Locate the Phone

From the Rebound Mobile Security Vault, select the ‘Location’ icon and click the ‘Update Location’ button. When location information is received from your device, the location map will be updated.

If you are unable to access the vault yourself, give us a call for assistance to lock and locate your phone.

As a valued OnGuard customer, we aid in the return of your lost phone. In the event that it is reported found, we will make arrangement for the secure pickup and return of your phone at no additional cost.
